bufflargeHi, I'm Mr. Buff, your guide to Buffalo, New York's second largest city and the one with the friendliest people! Our modern, very clean and very friendly hostel is located in the heart of Buffalo's theater and entertainment district and is a great base for exploring Niagara Falls.

I'm proud to tell you we were voted North America's best hostel in 2005, so you know you picked the right place to stay! We are NY's second largest city and hand's down, the one with the friendliest people. So, don't cheat yourself out of a good time, be sure to either book at least two nights (or more) or leave your plans open because we know you are going to love the people, fancy the food and be gobsmacked by the sights.

By the way ,our city is known world-wide for its architectural treasures; only Chicago boasts a larger collection of buildings by America's foremost architects: Frank Lloyd Wright, Louis Sullivan, and Henry Hobson Richardson. The acclaimed Albright-Knox Art Gallery boasts one of the top collections of modern art in the world.

The TV and recreation room - Hostel Buffalo NiagaraDo you like to dance the light away or enjoy cozy pubs with interesting people? Buffalo has a lively nightlife scene and unlike most cities that call it quits at 2am, we are just warming up because we don't make final call until 4am!

What makes it easy is that the hostel is located a short walk from the center of activity--and just 1km from the Anchor Bar and Restaurant, where Buffalo chicken wings were invented. We are also only 3 blocks from Chippewa Street, the heart of the party district.

A city of sports enthusiasts, Buffalo has professional hockey, football, and baseball teams so theres always somebody cheering for something.

Let's Go USA says that a combination of big-city perks and small-town warmth make Buffalo a soothing place to spend some time. Travelers seem to agree; many stay a day—or two or three—longer than they originally planned.

We look forward to seeing you here soon and be sure and ask for me when you get here!
