Bike Rides

Weather you borrow one of the hostel bikes or rent out a Reddy Bike from the city, Buffalo is incredibly bike-able. Go for a ride in any weather and experience the neighborhoods, the waterfront and the architecture Buffalo has to offer. Ask the hostel staff for their favorite suggestions.

Galleries Gallore
Buffalo LOVES art! If you happen to stay during a First Friday,many of the local galleries will be free and open to the public. Any other time, check out CEPA Photo gallery right down the block, or venture over to the Albright Knox to see one of the best contemporary galleries in the country.

Want to check out a live show? Mohawk place, Canalside, Town Ballroom and many other venues are just a short walk or train ride from our front door. Pick up a copy of the Public weekly magazine to see who is playing.
Waterfront

Love being near water? Buffalo's Canalside can't be beat as far as places to enjoy the water. Take the train to the final stop and walk around and enjoy the boardwalk. You can also take in some military history and tour a submarine, free outdoor fitness classes, kayaking or ice skate in the winter.
Nightlife

In Buffalo, our night ends at 4am. Thats when last call is at our local watering holes. Whether your looking for the latest and most innovative in craft cocktails, a great dinner or a quiet dive, stepping out in Buffalo will be a night you won't soon forget.

Niagara Falls
Of course, we would be remiss not to mention one of the wonders of the world which sits right in our own backyard, Niagara Falls. Take a bus ride up and explore the wonder. If you have a passport or enhanced license, walk the bridge over to Canada and get the full falls experience.
